A possible improvement of lazy people and fussy people
Lazy people and fussy people lack Humanity. Modern products of commercialism, I think such people should be put into forced labour in a foreign country for a year. That'll fix them. Or kill them. Either way, Humanity is made a better place by their improvement!

(I had a thought, we do not want such efforts at combatting yob culture to result in an undermining of labour in foreign countries, so, such schemes should involve such things as dam-building, charity work, etc, in ways carefully worked out to be a long term aid to countries, not an undermining of their economy). The people would be improved, and learn to have respect and greater understanding of life in poor countries too.
