Cheap Baileys

Queen Margot Traditional Cream Liqueur is the cheap Lidl equivalent of Baileys, costing €4.99, which is less than half the cost of baileys. It's not quite as nice, but it is also not quite as sweet. So in total it is just as good, and I can drink three times the quantity for the same cost! And believe me... I can drink a lot of Baileys!

I remember a party at ashmere & dwagon's where I got drunk on it and followed my wife-to-be around for the whole event. I drank one bottle and was half-way through another when Sheridan and myself took to intentionally curdling it and seeing how much we would drink. That must have been about five years ago!

Baileys and Baileys clones are the only whisky containing drinks I drink. They're gorgeous, and different enough to not bring back shitty memories. I DONT [/edit] drink a lot though. Makes me chunder.

Some Lidl-stoff is great; other Lidl-stoff is utterly foul. I have vile memories of, some years back, buying a Lidl 'cream' cake only to discover that it was made using a pseudocream that had all the palatability of recombinant OMD90 oil that had been well aged in a Land-Rover.

I bet you're adorable when you're tipsy!

Ha, your comment made Mrs Crabtree giggle :-)

she goes pink when she's tipsy (and generally turns into a naughty schoolgirl with the dancefloor energy of wonder-woman) but you know that already lol
