I'm writing some code that searches through all my webpages and looks for Biblical references. When it finds them, it analyses book & verse details and produces an index of links, saying that book and verse has been referenced on what page, under what subheading.

It will then write this index to a .js file, which is going to be searchable.

This way, whenever I reference a Bible verse on a page, this routine notices that I've done it, index it, and it becomes part of a searchable list. I could include a search for "Mark" on mark.html, for "Matthew" on matthew.html, etc.

From now on, whenever I update a .html, Ziggy, my content management program, will add any VCCM_SB entries to the .js file and more and more results will start appearing on that page.

.js file sounds great, but it's all Greek to me, (ahem, slight joke there...)
