She is responding to your behaviour: change your behaviour, and she will respond differently.
I recommend:
1. Be peaceful. Say "hello, how are you" when you see her. If she's ignoring you, being persistent will automatically make her have to ignore you more.
2. Make yourself a useful and worthwhile person; concentrate on your own values, on doing the right things to the people around you, and on developing skills, interests and talents of your own. Don't focus on her.
3. Do not worry about Satanic Doctrine. She will govern her social life according to her own emotions, just like everyone else.
