Re: No God
|
so this is what you think?...i suppose you each have a right to your own opinion, yes, it is what i believe. He does exist...God that is, of course you knew that already. I would tell you with arrogance and criticism at mind, that even satan himself believes and knows there is a God, otherwise, what would he be fighting against? how would he have come to be, "evil" if there is no "good" in contrast? I dont blame you for your ignorance, nor do i blame your idols, i do, however, blame the christians around you, for not letting you know. just know, sweet vexen, i pity you...sweet prayers i'll dedicate to your name...your sweet blessed soul. a shame it is that you don't know who it is that gave it to you in the first place...all in all...regardless of whether or not YOU believe in HIM, HE will always believe in YOU. -Whisper

Re: No God
|
You didn't answer my questions.
You call me "ignorant", then when I ASK YOU to teach me why you think God exists, you don't even answer? Is my ignorance YOUR fault, or will you tell me why it is you think a God exists?
Pity me all you want, but you'll only be a good Christian if you actively help me.
1 Peter 3:15-16 (NIV) "Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience"
and
2 Timothy 4:2 (NIV) "Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage - with great patience and careful instruction"
So, you can "blame the christians around" me all you want, but if YOU'RE any better, you will now explain to me what reasons you have for thinking a god exists. Either that, or you're no real Christian.
"HE will always believe in YOU" God is all-knowing, it doesn't "believe" anything, it KNOWS. If it exists, it doesn't "believe in me", it KNOWS I exist and it knows exactly what my choices will be; it has no need to "believe" anything. I'm not sure why you use words like "believe" for an all-knowing God. Unless the God you believe in isn't all-knowing, of course.
