If there is no God and no heaven. If the evolution of the universe was an accident of something out of nothing. Then there is nothing. No reason to be. No reason to have been. Why Live? Why love? Why anything? If we are something, from nothing, just to become nothing again then why ever be? Maybe you and I don't exist. But here and now we do exist, so there has to be a reason or it is hopeless. Perhaps worse than that, it is non existent. I don't know about you but I am here and I always will be. It is not us that is nonexistent it is time. The here and now is all there is, all there ever was or will be. But atheism offers only nothingness. Where is the use in that! But even you have to recognize that here and now, this very moment, there is life or you would not be reading this. How does atheism answer that? If we never were and never will be then we must be dead or do you answer that we are alive and thus violating the fundamental laws of physics or are we dead? I have written this and you are reading it . We are not machines therefore we must be alive but I say atheism calls for us to be dead or non existent. Explain that to me, how the hell are we alive if we are nothing from nothing to be nothing. Why ever be.

Religion

Well...i'm just a girl that has been brought up in a free-spirited Christian family, however, i, myself am not a Christian... i am not a Satanist either nor a part of any other religion/non-religion. I believe in life after death. I believe that evil created good and good created evil. I am currently studying all religions and have come up with many theories as to what, I, myself believe. I would say what i believe fits into no particular religion or non/religion. Infact, one of my most believable theories is that what we believe is what is real for us...for example: if a scientist believes in only science and believes there is no life after death and his corpse will rot then so be it, that is what will happen, just as i believe people who have faith to live on will do so. I do not believe that hell is a lake of fire, nor heaven whatever it is described as.I think these are metaphors. I suppose, overall i believe in one certain thing right now. For all anyone knows, if there is a God, he could be just a guy on a computer game and we could be the simulations he has made...and just like we are both good and evil, so is he, although then there would be the question of his life like we question ours. Lastly, the thought of eternity is second in line to the strangest thought i have ever had, therefore, that is why i see sense when people do not want to or do not believe we live on. After all,Who knows...but it would be nice to talk to a Satanist who seems interested to find out every aspect of life and not just to rebel against white religions for the sake of it. I apologise if this is...too long a message. And just for the records - you have a nice name! Wheee! Namaarie... oh yeah...i think i may send you an email so please do reply if and when you can! heheh ^^

Re: Yikes

I don't believe such a sin exist that cannot be forgiven. It is an interesting concept, in theory spiritual death may be possible but I don't think anyone who desires internal life will totally reject change. It's also quite possible (if the soul outlives the body) that their is actually no choice as to what happens to the soul after death, though spiritual death in my opinion would require one to truly desire death over eternal life. I don't think fear is nesscidcery. The fact that you fear suggest that you desire eternal life and therefore will achieve it. Notice I say achieve since I don't think everyone just dies and goes straight to Pleroma (Greek heaven)Possibly one can experience multiple lives before even coming to the point where a purgatorial transformation is possible. After long consideration of these concepts I feel fairly confident in them. If a an all forgiving God exist, I'm sure your forgiven, or an all forgiving God is non-existent.
