Unlucky.
To repeal the filter you need to speak to the computer department guy who maintains the central server, or a computer admin guy, who might be able to remove "satanism" and "satan" from their firewall HTTP filter word list.
If your country has anti-discrimination laws then point out that it is discriminatory to block a particular religion.
If the school/university/building has an anti-discrimination code of conduct then point out that they're breaking their own code.
Point out reasons why you are looking at the document: If they see the genuine reasons you are doing it, they will understand where you're coming from and be sympathetic:
1. Say you are a Satanist (if you are) and the document has to do with your beliefs or that you're looking into it
2. Say that you are studying religion, and that Satanism is a religion, and the document is an official document of the Church of Satan and hence important for your study.
