But good god, some of the stuff you list in your essays are things I've never heard of. Now, I do know bits and pieces but I mostly have an intuition or a feeling of understanding without knowing the actual labels or names of what you list in your essays. I've found a link, which is about demonology, that you could find to be handy. I had to do an Internet search since I didn't know what the name 'Ahriman' stood for. By how I feel, I do follow along the lines of gnosticism, and I follow along the lines of a belief in the opposing forces of good versus evil (or duality). By how I feel, I understand the nature of choice ... which means a person determines their lifepath by their choices. I also believe - according to dreams - that choices are presented to a person by 'outside' circumstances, which is the presence of the divine, the infernal, or the spiritual. A person has the right to choose (according to freewill) but there is an outside force, which puts the person into a plan that is best understood to be 'destiny'. So I believe in self-determination and destiny, which overall make a person to be a player in life's game. The player can think for his or herself, and do what they think best, but they still act within the rules and plan of the game. So, my overall sentiment is what I stated here. |

hello just reading commentary on lucifer .. one would think that afeter rendering the correct meaning of the name luciefer ... that it was referrring to the man adam..... since he was created in the heavenlies and placed on G-D'S HEAVENLY MOUNTAIN.... AND CREATED A LITTLE LESSER THAT THE ANGELS..... LUCIFER MEANS LIGHT BREAR..... AND SATAN WAS CREATED A BEAST OF THE FIELD FROM THE BEGINING.... SO WHAN DID HE BECOME LUCIFER? HE WAS NEVER AN ANGEL OF LIGHT TO BEGIN WITH SINCE HE WAS CREATED A BEAST IN THE BEGININNING ,./? ...............G-D CREATED GOOD AND EVIL..... question on a satanic bible, and a wiccan one if anyone knows

Hello,
I am christian, practicing the baptist beliefs, of course we study the holy bible.
I am not really aware of too much of the writings of a satanic bible, or a wiccan bible. I woudl like an answer before I was to buy one or both of these bibles for a cross reference on a situation with my work.
I work for a jail and our commanding staff recently put out that the only reading material that we are allowed to have on a post is a bible and a shift/post orders.
Being a Christian the bible thing is not a big deal to me, but it is a big deal of the rights that we have to practice whatever religion we want, if we choose to. So what would one do if they do not practice a religion I asked a supervisor, to them the bible is just a book, and not a book they would want to read. That person stated that it is a good thing for us to read, in case an inmate is having a spirtual problem, contemplating suicide or something, we can cross reference to the bible,
My question is this, does the wiccan, or satanic bibles have info dealing with suicide and other problems that could arise in that type of jail setting?

The Satanic Bible was written by Anton Szandor LaVey, and it does indeed contain advise on suicide. The biggest piece of advice is: Never kill yourself. It is weak, irresponsible, but most of all stupid. Obviously it expands on these a little.
There is no Wiccan bible. Wicca is seperated into two main camps, Gardnerian and Alexandrian. Books are available by the most important Wiccan historians and theologians, but there is no central bible.
Also, in Satanism the Satanic Bible is not reverred or viewed as imperfect or infallible; it is quite a different (and very honest) book and held in different esteem to that which you would hold your Bible, Baptist.
It is indeed wrong that a jail would enforce particular religious beliefs on people and withhold religious texts from others. In no other developed country other than the USA could such a thing happen, I am a little shocked. Aren't there laws against doing that? Here, inmates and staff are legally entitled to religious books of any faith, you'd get fired for trying to restrict that.
All religious books help people with their own spiritual problems. Other peoples' alien religious books, obviously if forced upon them, would only make problems worse. Preventing people access to their own religious opiates CAUSES increased risk of suicide; allowing people access to their own religious books can help, and certainly can't hinder, peoples' spiritual healing.
Whoever is on your staff who made that order is completely lacking in compassion, human understanding, legal sense and humanity.

I read your website out of curiosty and it is always pointed out that you do not worship satan, yet your cult bears his name. I understand that part, and I do agree that Christianity *does* have it's faults, but I don't agree with the sacrificing buisness that has been stated here. Humans ARE animals, it is impossible to say that you only concern humans and not animals. Scientists, most of whom don't belive in god, are the ones that proved that humans are related to animals.
You make nature sound like it centers around death as well. Nature has death, yes, but it also is balanced by rebirth and new life. For something to die, it has to be born first, correct?
You say that stupidity is the root of all sins. Ignorance and innocence *isn't* a bad thing all the time. For example, a young child. Would they be concidered 'sinful' to you? I don't understand how you condemn someone for something that they have never known or experienced.
I'm not trying to critize your beliefs, I'm just trying to understand them. I was raised as a Christian, and kept on that path mostly because of the sterotypical sacrificing of animals and selling souls to the devil, ect. I hope you haven't found my comment too rude or critical, I just want to understand why this 'religion' is so compelling to people.

Hi Vexen,
I don't know a better way to communicate with you so I post on here. Feel free to delete my comment after my post. I just had this weirdest dream. I was with these two people who brought me to this cult. It was suppost to be a Christian place, but I knew that it was a cult by the way it was built. They had a dungean and it was in a forrest in the middle of no where so it was hard to get there. Well, when I got to the cult. You can tell that the people were brain washed " Christians". I told these people that I just saw Lucifer, and my experience with Lucifer. I told them that the Devil really runs this place. I saw by the look in there eyes that they were hypnotized into believing their religeon and lies. Then I escaped from there. I went to a near by gas station, where I found a friend and asked for a ride home. She was nice and said yeah. Then this man comes and puts his finger in my mouth. I said don't put your finger in my mouth cause you don't know where your finger has been. This man had a beard really long and dark with currles. He looked like a Jewish Hassidic man. Then I started pulling at his beard. Then I started telling him that the Devil tried to kill him, but God had a plan for him. At first this man blushed and then later his face changed like more serene looking when he realized that God really did have a plan for him.
My interpretation.
I was in a christian cult when I was younger. And I really wanted to get out of there till finally one day I had a chance to escape. The Jewish looking man in my dream was Jesus. I was talking to him, but in reality he was talking to me. I think that the devil really wanted to kill me, but the Deal that God made with the Devil is that he couldn't kill me. I really did see Lucifer and I think that his whole purpose was to kill me but he couldn't because he made a Deal with God that he couldn't. Because when I told him that I won't die like Jesus, he said "you won't die." You know most of my experience with Lucifer. Well in my dream, I told the man, you just saw Lucifer and he tried to kill you, so wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up. I kept telling the man to wake up, because God has a plan for you.
I really feel a burdan for you. I feel that in all your knowledge of everything you are still searching for the truth. You want to know the truth. You are searching for it. I can read it in your work. You are very intelligent. And you don't want people to come to you in a way that they base their religeon on feelings and what happened to them in a feeling way.
You want to know the truth in a way that can be expressed in an intellectual way.
That's how Satanism hits home for you. Because it target's your intellect, but I still see the DOUBT that you have because it still didn't answer all the questions for you. You are curious with Christianity, but it didn't hit home for you. It touches on too many intangible things, to much Faith.
YOu would rather prefer DOUBT over FAITH.
Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen.
When we have faith we have evidence of thing that we can't see or understand. You want to know God. You even thought of ways that if you were God how would you make this world a better place. You want to solve the world's problems by making a better God.
I don't know if I hit any targets. I just woke up because in my dream, I kept saying wake up, wake up. I think it called for a spiritual awakening as well as a physical. I got up. (that's physical) now I need the spiritual awakening.
Maybe you are more spiritual and that's why you got into satanism. I sort of could see why you got into it. You have been into Satanism for thirty years and a memeber of the church of satan for ten. That is a long time and I feel that it is ingraned in you. BUt deep down inside of me, I still feel that you and I both are searching for the real Truth. Not just religeon but reality. You say Satanism is a reality for you. But I don't feel that you really got the reality in the Truth that you are searching for.
