Done 480 pressups so far today, as well as a casual little jog (less than a mile). Doing sets of 40, hourly. I ate a steaming hot premade shephards pie. Yum. The house is completely empty, nobody's been in all day. I done some final socializing yesterday, saying goodbye to some loved ones and friends, and sat in the Dev for the last time, knowing how much I'll miss everyone! (And miss simply being there!). For the forseeable future I'm going to wearing green, not black! I'm excited and impatient. Still, a week to go!! I should practise morse code. I was up to a kind of amateur speed last month. After this initial training, I'll become "an expert in high speed morse", and I think I've done enough of it to know that I'll do fine in that minor topic. Despite it being only really useful when everything else has failed, I am being trained in communications-in-all-circumstances! In the 30 minutes between 02:02 and 02:32 I jogged 3.2 miles... which works out as 9 minutes 23seconds per mile over three miles. My aim is, tomorrow, to do 2 miles in 16 minutes. I didn't go to Sluts meet today, I slept in late and decided to instead cook a large quantity of rice, chicken, onion, herbs and oysters, drink coffee and play Warcraft 3. I'm completely nocturnal at the moment. I'm reading a book on Lenin, Stalin, Hitler and other dictatorships between 1918-1945. The blurb on the back states that in the early 1920s most of Europe's 28 states could be described as parliamentary democracies, but by 1941 only 5 remained intact. By 1938 16 of them had succombed to dictatorships! Oh... a random page on Satanism & Dictatorships: http://www.dpjs.co.uk/democracy.htmlFascinating period of history... it was a world of faulty idealism! One which the USA government hasn't managed to emerge from yet! Another book I'm reading is Josephus' 'The Jewish War', first century history... another generally interesting period of history. Josephus made many sensible choices in his life, and the way people tend to rise and follow any old leader seems to be just as prevalent 2000 years ago as it is now... mindless sheep, that's what people are! "In the depths of my heart, I can't help being convinced that my fellow men, with a few exceptions, are worthless." - Sigmund Freud I love feeling fit, strong and intelligent! I just wish I was as fit as my role models (say, a rather robust demon from hell...), or as useful/productive/relentless as Nietzsche or any of the greats of history. Endlessly qualified people! I want to be like them! Tags: books, dictatorships, fascism, fitness, freud, jogging, josephus, sluts, world war 2 Current Mood: happy

Furmeet was 'ok'. I missed most people because I arrived an hour late, and a large party went to St James' park, including Marcony and others who I'd have loved to see, but I stayed with Makali and other others who I always love to see! Sat in the Jorenne Celeste with them for a while, went and played pool for an hour, ate out in some spicey chicken restaurant, then went to Namcos where we met up with most of the others. Most the people in Namco, for the whole evening, were furries! Got home at midnight or so. Done 2 mile job from 1:04 to 1:22, which is 18 minutes. It's gradually getting down to 16 minutes! I'm overdue though, I should be on 3 miles a day from tommorow, for 5 days, after which my aim is to do 2 miles in 15 mins. At the end of my pre-training schedule (which by military terminology is the PARA program) I will be doing 5 miles a day, in 45 minutes. Other elements such as 30 pressups and stuff is no problem, I'm well on schedule with those. Also, I've done some excellent work with Baphomet Method, but am not releasing stuff at the moment, I'm still struggling with vocals, although some demo software I've got is presently turning out to be much more useful than the vocoder I had been trying to use beforehand. I think I've cracked writing song-compatible lyrics, and wrote lyrics for "We are the best" by Baphomet Method, although it might be called "The Kissing School" Tags: baphomet method, fitness, furry, jogging, london, makali, marcony, music, running, st. james park Current Mood: energetic Listening To: "Archives of pain" by Manic Street Preachers

00:10, with no breaks, done: 20 pressups, 40 situps, 8 underarm heaves (like a pull up, but underarm, and raising chin to _above_ the bar), then in the 19 minutes inclusively between 12:31 and 12:50, jogged 2 miles, including a brief walking rest for a minute or so when going up a hill. (Apologies for the repetitive nature of some of my posts, but I am using Live Journal as a journal!) I visited a cybercafe and configured it's Outlook to download all my mail from vexen.co.uk... since Tuesday, 8 days ago, I've got 750 emails. You know... really quite a lot... 93 per day or something. Of course my Outlook spam filters at home would normally delete a good portion of them, in my mind I only get 50 spams/emails a day. Of those, I deleted all spam and all emails from mailing lists, and kept 36 emails... including LJ response emails, there were quite a few LondonFurs and Sluts emails, a few LondonSatanists, but in all I'd say 100 or so mailing list mails, meaning I get about (750-100-36/8)=(614/8)= 307/4 = 150/2 = 75 spams per day! OK, I am taking emails home on a floppy, writing responses, then will email/post them to people in a few days time! In other news, I've found a broadband provider (hint: it's not BT, the bastards) and will phone them later, cheaper than BT, allowing fixed IP address (for an extra £2 per month) too, and without a contract except 1-monthes-notice-to-quit. And... I've now got a brand new four week fitness course to go through. Jogging will be the hardest part, by the end I am supposed to be doing 5 mile run per day, along with 30 pressups (I can do 15...), 30 situps (I can do like 40 or something, that's easy!) and other stuff. I passed my first military test with nearly 100% ... and in half the allocated time too :-), they got a print out of options that included *every* option.... In 17 minutes :-(. Bad! Wasn't even carrying 5kg. I'm inconsistent. I'm not used to this jogging thing and my body is only intermittently prepared to work for me. I've learned, even if I do do under ten minute mile, it doesn't mean I've hit my aim, but if I can do it 7 days in a row, then I have. A few weeks ago I wrote about the psychic benefits of being in fit shape: You think clearer, act quicker, have more mental time, sleep less, have less worries, your body aches less and pesters you less, you take control of your life. Writing that made me a hypocrite... it's about time I acted on some of my own lectures! Of course not smoking, not doing drugs and hardly drinking all give me big advantages! I went to Catford, then went to Lewisham. Dropped off book, browsed sociology books but didn't find anything interesting. Went to boots, bought camera film, razor blades (I blunted two or three yesterday) and suncream! Jogged back from Lewisham to Lee train station, 1.4 miles in between 11 and 14 mins (I can't remember it was 13:03 or 13:06 I got there!). So, between 7min48sec and 10min0sec per mile and I was carrying 7kg of stuff. This is better than yesterday's 2mile run... obviously, the slower 2nd mile slowed down the average overall. OK, I need to scrap the "10 min mile" aim as clearly I'm already doing that. I'm applying for a job where the initial tests involve a mile jog that I have to do in 12 mines. No problem. Other test is holding 14kg of stuff with outstretched arms, for 4 minues. I have an old military ammo box that is quite heavy, I'm going to weigh it then weigh up individual items and fill it until I've measured the total weighs 14kg. Where's Orinoco with his weights when you need him? Tags: books, catford, exercise, fitness, jogging, lewisham, sociology Current Mood: energetic Listening To: "Turns off pain" by Wumpscut

Just jogged 2 and a bit miles in 17 minutes :-) Yay for an invigorating end to an otherwise entirely pointless day! UPDATE: 9pm Hey, I jogged even more after that! I got home, rested for a while, then... Jogged 1.5 miles (downhill) to a supermarket, where I got money out at the ATM, then, bought 6 pints of whole milk and 4 pints of fruit juice. I put these in my backpack, and jogged 1.5 miles back again, uphill! I jogged slower on the way back of course (once to put some money on gas/electric cards for the house), but didn't stop to take breaks! I did actuallly stop once about 2/3 of the way back and I was going to walk from there. But I said a Satanic mantra to myself a few times, then continues jogging, with my legs and chest burning a bit :-) Rarrrrrr!
