Excercise
00:10, with no breaks, done: 20 pressups, 40 situps, 8 underarm heaves (like a pull up, but underarm, and raising chin to _above_ the bar), then in the 19 minutes inclusively between 12:31 and 12:50, jogged 2 miles, including a brief walking rest for a minute or so when going up a hill.
(Apologies for the repetitive nature of some of my posts, but I am using Live Journal as a journal!)

Done some negligable exercises... 60 situp, 28 pressup, 20 squats

Also took time to scrub walls, cupboards, floor.

Am now looking forward to a hot melty shower :-)

Exercises & 2002 Oct 31 halloween photos
Exercises, I just done:

(20 situps, 10pressups, 10standing squats) repeated 5 times, with stretches in between, plus an extra 14 situps. Total 114 situps, 50 pressups and 50 standing squats.

I'm a bit hot and sweaty now!

Groups of 30 seperated by 5 mins break (or 5 mins of press ups). Let's see how long I can keep going for! I need to start doing excersices again!

Food, Excersice, Work, Quake
Up until lunch:
3 bananas
2 steak and kidney pasties
1 Coffee
2 pints water
A->Z Vitamin tablet.

No fruit juice today.

Daily excercies:
Anti ankylosing excercies: Some yoga. Other back excercies.
Few dozen sit ups. Some pull ups (at random times).
2 miles jog/run per day (on average)

Having a good day at work :-) too... finished some very useful code. Very customiziable, modular, intelligent.

I think I have to stop playing Quake. I sit too tense whilst playing... I tried last night to play whilst consciously being relaxed... but it's very hard. Lots of tense moments! I still won... but it doesn't do me any good. Tense arms/shoulders=injury for back.
