The lady I talked to from Barclays Additions on the phone was *too* useful, gave me so much information I had to ask her to send me it in a brochure, and had so many good ideas I lost track. Thankfully I stuck to my guns and only done what I phoned up to do (no I don't want home insurace, travel insurance...). She seemed to actually *love* asking security questions. I think my Bank know more about my personal life than I personally can actually remember.
