I'm going to be in Camden Town and Kentish Town (library) for a few hours, from about 3pm, any non-Whitbyers around and want to be low-key sociable then phone me at some point! I might sit around the Dev after looking around Camden, but, will probably go home.

if you're out n about later, i believe carrie, myself, kath/ewt, and some others possibly, will be floating around the V&A...

Nah I'm home now, nearly 9pm, wanting coffee and a nice warm dark room to hide in!

Yep - I agree with wintrmute - come down to the V&A. I'll be there around 6:30ish and I'll be keeping an eye out for a corsetted Libby whom I believe to be in attendance. And then perhaps you might be persuaded to tag along to Tenebrae?

I could easily be tempted, but, you'd have had to tempt me an hour or two ago because I'm settled back at home now! Next time!

You released your phone # on the 'net?? Maybe I'll hafta call you sometime. :)

Anyway, totally unrelated but I thought you might find this article of interest. It talks about religious tolerance (or lack thereof!) in the U.S. concerning Islam, and mentions statistics on the belief of heaven & hell that you recently wrote about. :) I found it at the chalice_circle community.

That's an excellent article, thanks! Very well written, it's of the quality of The Guardian (a respectable broadsheet newspaper here), not bad for an online news/opinion feed!

I used to be on Unitarians for a while, I recommend UU to people if they seem to be religious-minded and don't know what to do about it!

Cool; glad you got something from it! UU seems to be a good group, and just accepting and eclectic and still skeptical enough for someone like me. :) Uh, plus it doesn't hurt that one of my ancestors helped found the church. ;)
