A glass of red wine most evenings (no more - I don't like it that much!)
My two biggest dietary bad habits are chocolate (although I have massively cut down this year!), cream liquer's (and all the equivalents) and coffee, although in recent years I've drunk more like 3 cups a day instead of the 10 I was drinking in 2001/2.
Some bits of exercise. Not enough cardio though in the last month, although I can hopefully get back up to 2 hard sessions a week (read: 1 hour, fast runs) from next week with work colleagues.
Oh... and lots of mental health things to: No trashy TV.
For some reason I include a really tidy house to be part of having a healthy lifestyle. Don't know why. And cats. Good for the immune system.
