1. I still miss London. I've been gone for 6.5 years which is ridiculous. That long, with almost no social life except work and workmates! At least, I've seen the world!

2. I hardly have enough time for anything. I can't squeeze in all the housework that needs to be done, my music project was abaonded years ago, I hardly have time to write or keep websites updated. I have more time to read while sat in server rooms, etc, but, no time to update websites with what I've read!

3. I need to get back into finishing my OU degree in sociology.

4. Years are passing quite fast.

What does anyone want to know? I don't know what to write as an update!

I think I need to re-acquaint myself with my friends and remember who I am!

You are & will always be a squirrel :D

4: aren't they just?!?! My birthday next weekend. Arghfucketc!!! :p

I'm just living out in a small village and seem to have almost no time for myself, mostly due to work (Although a little due to having accidently ended up directing the next play of our local junior dramatics group). It seems like my whole life is non stop with no time for friends and I have to admit this is a bad thing. I've not seen most of my old freinds in a long time but I did finally get out to see a few a couple of weeks back and realised what I've been missing.
Once the play is over in July I'm going to make a real effort ofr a couple of gatherings of old friends.

Sometimes we get off-track. It happens. I've got a lot of projects lined up myself. What I am doing is carving out time-slots to address them. It seems to be working.

Why not consider creating a book or e-book out of the contents of your website? That was some really good material.

Good to see you again.

I have often wanted to redact a book from my webpages but I don't feel I have enough quality yet although I have plenty of volume! I don't want to produce a generic Essays book, I want something thematic, but, it will take much time & effort to produce one! Maybe later this decade!

Sounds familiar for the friends bit. I love studying, and the current affairs has been fascinating of late. But with my health bad and zero spending money things have just ground to a halt.

Oh, with the friends thing the only reliable conclusion that came up was that they were more interested in the clubs than the people in them. Literally no-one bothered to stay in touch, which is pretty damning.

I still do the news feed, and the occasional essay pops out, but even so. Nothing left to go back to for me I'd say.

Mostly I rest now, and do pop out for stuff on occasion. Same old passions, miles away, and the same old stubbornness that killed so much.

BLAH BLAH etc etc. And I never forgot who I was. Just ended up very disappointed in others.

There you go, in a nutshell ;)

Hope the kiddy is going well by the way. Not really my thing, but it works for many :)

YOu are a "New Ager" aren't you? I've been following your post for about 5 years and have determined you are one. You may not say you are, but you follow "New Age" beliefs. I am a born-again Christian who has now discovered that the New Age beliefs are infiltrating the church and destroying it. They have come in contact with "familiar spirits" (Demons) as the Bible states will happen in the Latter Days. Oh how the Bible is true 100%! I love you my Lord, My God!

I am absolutely not a New Ager; their crazy mystical beliefs have no basis in reality. I disagree intellectually with nearly all their assertions and disagree emotionally with their fluffy character and incomplete do-good demeanours.

Ebooks really aren't a bad idea. I've seen super-short, sparse ebooks selling on Ebay for over $20 apiece.

Your writing is much more enjoyable and informative.

Yes they are. Years... passing... fast.
And the pass even faster if you have kids :/
Well, I'm happy you ARE... and your websites ARE...
