We win

You seem a little misguided. If you really believe what you have posted, the conclusions you have drawn are based in a falacious argument. In short ding dong you are wrong. You might want to reconsider what the satanist church's motives are. You make them out to be anti theistic which, by definition, is not acurate. You are worshiping Satan. Satan being the theistic head. Do you really believe the addage that it is better to rule in Hell than serve in Heaven, and if so what in the world makes you think Satan would let anyone rule over his domain other than him? THINK! I mean really... I also find it facinating, and depressing, that "Satan" has so many links on this posting and "God" has none. To revisit your argument how can one exist without the other? Once one admits this to one's self, the path leading away from Satan is clear, all be it difficult, especially for folks so inundated in the quagmire of lies perpatrated by Satan. I don't suspect this will have any impact on you but I hope it makes you think.

I'm not a Christian and don't have Christian beliefs. I don't believe in "hell", "god", "satan", etc, or other Christian myths, because I'm not a Christian. I am not a "Christian who worships the Christian devil", I am a Satanist, which is a completely different religion to Christianity.

Satanism is not dualistic, or theistic, Satan is not a dualistic component of a universe comprised of a battle between good and evil.

Rather than making all your Christian assumptions, then questioning others based on those false assumptions, isn't it better that you do the thinking and go away and find out what, exactly, my beliefs are?

Probably a good place to start is:
Who is Satan

I am not claiming to know anything about Satamism...but it seems to me that many of the christians that post on this site actually think that they do know Satanism. There were religions around before christianity, there are religions around after. Before you start going after them AT LEAST get to know a little about what they are all about. What christians know, or think they know of satanism is very misguided. Think OUTSIDE your little sphere of christianity before you start bearing down on other's religions.

Re: Humm???

let me just settle something straight, when you said there was religions before christianity as always people like yourself got it wrong, When Jesus is praying to yahweh ( jehovah ) does that not signify in your limited thinking capacities that there is one god and the fact that jews were speaking to Jehovah before your other enlightened religions, should suffice to contradict your statement of religions before christianity. Satan is doommed his angels who you said were the top third in heaven is poppycock , the Word aka(jesus) was the first and most powerful angel, And when god is sayiny he will put enmity between his seed and your seed and that you will bruise his heel and he will bruise your head he was just forecasting the beautiful spectal of satan and his followers being cut Off, I personally would love to stamp on satanists on judgement day through all the suffering they've caused, but unlike you I know my god hands out the justice not me. P.s. I send Jehovahs love to you all through his beloved son and my lord Jesus Christ . Ahmen (so be it)

I think you have some good points, but you really take it too personally to be taken seriously.

Did you ever watch V or bodysnatchers. Do you believe in aliens. Do you Know of Project BlueBird. The time will come I think when people will be under their spell.

Your religious philosophy

I read your essay and decided to throw in my little two piece for your consideration. If you really wanted to be individual, and really wanted to disassociate yourself from Christianity you would follow your own advice for 'Satan'. In order words, rather than providing free advertisement for Christian theology and doctrine, of which the concept of the devil is central, you would ignore the religion completely. Yow would come up with your own name for your religion (way of life or whatever), rather than poach someone else's and try to redefine it to suit your purposes.

Also, you might want to clarify for yourself and readers of your essay whether or not you subscribe to the belief that there is a 'god' and a 'devil'. Your essay one one hand appears to be an argument against the existence of a god, yet on the other you offer advice to the devil on how he can oppose god's plan for him. So now there is a god. And a devil. Based on this new 'devil' YOU have created, you go on to create propaganda for the same brand of ideology and mentality that you denounced Christianity for. "Don't buy theirs! Buy mine." Yet you are both selling the same product in different wrapping.

There is nothing original about your concept of Satanism. There is nothing original about your essay. In fact it only presented interesting arguments only once or twice in the whole thing. I dread to think that people may actually read that thing and feel you have something to offer them. This would be a bad thing. And a dangerous thing. But it is a free world. And unfortunately, the church never copyrighted the name "god" and "devil", therefore they have no legal recourse for people like you and your spin off religious ideas.

Re: Your religious philosophy

Well the church can't copyright "god" or "the devil" because those things have existed in many forms for long before Christianity... christianity itself is INFAMOUS for stealing concepts from other religions (Easter, Christmas, even the traditions associated with the disciples and Jesus are reduplications of earlier myths), it then has redefined them and EVEN WORSE, some Christians now think that when people talk of "God" and "Devil" they MUST be stealing Christian ideas!

When in reality we're stealing them BACK!

However, despite that, you are misguided... the advise to destroy "god" is sociological not theological, there are no gods except in the minds of men. That's why the text in concentrated on social engineering and psychology, not on magic, potions and superstition.

There is no God:

Satan is just the accessible, Western term for our figurehead, in Egypt it is Set, in Buddhism it is Mara... you get the idea... the underlying concept is death, darkness and cold hard reality: Reality being the biggest banisher of the ideas of God, because God is fantasy.

Who is Satan?

Re: Your religious philosophy

True christian religion doesn't hold true with the afforementioned false holidays as you say they were pagan in their origin, dont' rest on your laurels sunshine though, because throughout the new testament Jesus says specifically not to celebrate anything other than his death (significance) The bible actually abomishes those who seek for signs and changing of the seasons etc, leave it to jehovah when it comes to spiritual matters, remember satan is powerful and I could'nt contend with him, but I know a man who can (quite easily) hee hee. Its a shame the virtues satan posssed were corrupted and lost, but to consider that he is responsible for all my familys deaths, just makes me smile at the fact whatever happens to me he is doomed hee hee. LONG live JESUS and his father JEHOVAH, gooodnight and godbless satanists your on a sinking ship, all the traversty and hatred in the world is a signalling of the end. AHMEN

Just a few commits and things

I don't really know how I landed on your site, but here I am. So let me write, not like others, but in kindness. Certainly you have every right to choose anything you want to believe in. I would like you to ponder a few things. Let me tell you up front that I am a real Christian. What I would like to focus on is Bible prophecy, I won't present to many. We would all agree that we live in the information age; in the book of Daniel chapter 12:4 it was predicted, "But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.' According to the Bible, right before the Lord would come, the earth would experience a increase in knowledge. This has occured in the last 100 years, never seen before in all history.

Jesus predicted that many would come in His name claiming to be Christ. There are too many to mention on this list so far. Matthew 24:4-5 says, Jesus answered: "Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, "I am the Christ, and will deceive many."

I'll give you one more to ponder. Did you know that the Holy Bible predicted that phony,Christians teachers would come in the last days, who would only want your money. Because of these false pretenders of which many are still on TV, the way of the truth[the Gospel] would be spoken evil of. Who would of predicted that 2,000 years ago. No one but God through Peter's hand. 2Peter2:1-3 "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who secretly shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their harmful ways; by reason of whom the way of the truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with pretended words make merchandise of you: whose judgement now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not."

Does Satan win? I'll let the Bible answer that. Revelation 20:10 says, "And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfer, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

I speak in kindness and I refuse to be sarcastic to you. I hope you will ponder my heart, because it cares for you and desires for you to make it to heaven and avoid hell.

Re: Just a few commits and things

Knowledge has increased all the time; your "prophecy" is a self-fulfilling tautology that could be applied to any time past, present or future. It's a very poor "prophecy". It's like me saying, "In the future, we will know more science!"

As far as prophecies go, it's not really one that requires divine intervention in order to state!...

Re: Just a few commits and things

whether its Cyrus and the fall of babylonian times or the forecast of the descruction of jerusulam, lets also look at the fact the messiah ( jesus was fortold in six books the chances off all these prophecies being fulfilled in one man are so overwhelmingly remote that is strikingly demonstrated that they could in no wise be the shrewd guesses of men, ( professor J. P. Free head of archaeology and bible history.)
your numnuts evaluation of science was pathetic to say the least, I'm studying at St.Johns in Oxford Yes that Oxford and I'm reading Physics, and let me educate you the more we find out the less we know. don't question me because whether from an academic or religious perspective your in Satans league not Jehovahs, its been fun posting comments on this site, where all the simplistic justifyers of barbarism and hatred can congeal together, I promise you that no black magic or otherwise will reach me unless my father allows it to be so, So just keep yourselfs to yourselfs (unlikely) and rot.

Can I help?

My name is Tejun Fowler,

I have written a book that is mocks the whole messiah, prophet syndrome. I outline how normal people are suseptable to the rantings of such men, by recreating the life of a prophet in a modern day setting. This prophet is unique, because he is using the system to destroy itself. If his goal is attained, there will never be another Jesus, Mohammed, Smith, LaVey, Bin Laden or any other man who looks to control others with lies.
The book is called "Passion of the AntiChrist", it is a book designed to create a tangible doubt in God and Religion and the men who preach it. It is a respectful but in your face protest of religion and the power we live under.
Check it out, passionoftheantichrist.com, if you wait until this friday, the site will be replaced by an intensive seven page look into the book. I am not assuming you will like it, but I think we have some of the same things to say.
I dig your style Tejun

Re: Life

An atheist is like a person who traveled in time from the 15th century and entered into a log cabin in the year 2006. In the log cabin there was another man there enjoying his vacation. The time traveler person was highly inteligent and started having a decent converstation with the owner of the cabin. The owner proceeded to tell the time traveler many of the innovative things that had been invented since the 15th century. He told the person many amazing things, but when he told the time traveler that man now had electricity and could make this own incandescent lighting to light up entire towns and cities. The traveler asked, "How come then your cabin wasn't lit up with such lights? The man replyed," There has been a power outage and we haven't any power up here in the mountains for three days now, that's why I have a few candles burning tonight. At that the traveler started to laugh really hard, ridicule and make fun of the man for what appeared to be the rest of the travelers life? Strange? The traveler said to him, "This electicity stuff doesn't really exist, it's all in your head, you're just pulling my leg, your really stupid if you think I'm going to believe that crap. But the owner insisted it was true. Anyway, later, they both went to bed and the traveler woke up perhaps around 3:00 am in the morning and went to get something to drink. As the traveler was drinking the water, some split on the floor, then the traveler noticed two long black wires, he didn't know what they were for. Anyway the traveler grabbed both black wires and instantly electricity traveled though the travelers heart and down to the floor killing the traveler instantly.

This is the truth: What we do with Jesus Christ, determines where we spent eternity. Have a nice day!

we win(satanism)

i went a catholic school,i was never raised as a christian and i'm still not a christian, beleive it or not satanic veiws make a hell of a lot of sense,it god has to be seen as good then he's basically faced the world with an altermatum, that is basically follow me or burn forever, which isn't good it's just pushy and nobody wants to follow a bossy god.

Well written

I am Freemason and I thought you have put some philosophical thought into it. I am not a Christian nor a Satanist. I thought the article was well written. I personally met Satanists that were moral and their behavior exceeded my expectiations.
